Hello,
I have been with PM for many years with 1G data plan. In about March PublicMobile sent me a message I was loyal client and I was awarded 30GB data for 175 days.
I think 30GB is big enough so I changed my play to a 250MB plan. But after change that 30GB bonus data has disappeared.
I become un-loyal just because I changed my plan from 1GB plan to 25MB plan? That is ridiculous.
Anybody can help here?

Thanks for the information. I submitted a ticket and a 5G bonus add on was added to my account. Very helpful and fast.

there is a clear terms that if you downgrade your plan, you will loss your bonus
however, some talked to CS agent and they agree to give back 5GB bonus , the bonus they give to all $15 plan holder
you can submit ticket with CS agent and ask
