Hi,
I signed up via a link my friend sent to me and I'd like to find out whether the code has been applied to the account so that we both get the $10 bonus credit applied.

not late. If anything and you don't see the $10 on your account after 72 hours, ask PM and they will honour it still

So it turns out she sent me two links and the one I used didn't have her code. So I do need customer support to add it.

your friend can log in to their acct / Rewards to see if the got the point. (they will also get a message from PM that acknowledges your activation...Cha-Ching ) Also, you will see the $10 applied as credit to your account within 72 hours of successful activation using the referal code.

instead of use the link, safer to type in the code. There is a friend referral box on Payment step. Enter the code there and it is good enough. and sorry, no other confirmation. But you will see the $10 in 72 hours on My Account. If not, just an easy process to ask PM to add it back

Thanks but I just clicked a link she sent, I didn't bring up a panel to type in a code manually. I was hoping that somewhere I would see an indication that I'd used a referral during sign up.

@MadPianist .it should show up with in 72 hours after activation if it’s been more then 3. Days contact support to ensure it’s been applied correctly . If you entered it here you should be good

It can take up to 3 days/72hrs and you will then see it as "available funds" in your account, those funds will be used first before any payment on file.

Only your friend who referred you will get the $10 credit applied to his/her/it's account. Have them log in to their account to see if the $10 is showing as credited.
added...my mistake...the new customer will get the $10 credit while the person referring will get points only.

the $10 is a credit and will be added to your My Account within 72 hours. The credit can be used on next renewal
