My data only have 250MB. The top-up bonus of 250MB has not been applied to my account. Please check. Thanks.

hi @weisam do you have a $15 plan and you are asking about the 250Mb data?  that one is default data for the plan and no longer just a bonus

if you don't see the 250Mb added after a renewal, maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again

If same,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

Sorry, but there aren't any plans that have any data bonus for using autopay or for topping up. There were plans that advertised that, but autopay was never actually required.  As for the $15 plan, it includes 250MB total including the 250MB bonus that was once advertised as being an autopay bonus.
