I have purchased 3 GB of data and it tells me I am out of, it’s not possible , last time same thing? Do I need a new provider

use the app on your mobile device. Soon as you log in you'll see Usage Breakdown > you'll see Add-ons...your purchase will be noted there.

Could very well be...use your cellphone to log in on the PM app, click on Usage Breakdown, then look under Add-ons to see what you bought. If you bought the 3GB / 15 Day US Roaming add-on...that's the wrong one to use in Canada. Message Customer Support and ask to have the purchase amended to the Canada Data add-on. Click the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start the process.

I bought 3 last night 7 January and 2 on 16 Dec,

I bought 2 GB on 15 Dec. I bought 3 GB January 7 , last night and have been told I used 100 % of my data. Simply not possible. IAM not very tech and have trouble with operating my phone but I know I have spent way too much money and not getting what I paid for. All help will be greatly appreciated

Only 3GB data I can see is 15 Day US Roaming add-on.

log in to your mobile account > Usage Breakdown > Add-ons...see if it's noted there.
added...3GB's data for use in USA ? Make sure you have Roaming Data enabled.
