I set up a friend on Public Mobile and I entered his email wrong so he doesn't get any updates, What can I do to change it?

@Cookie3 Login to his account using the "wrong" email address, then follow @hTideGnow suggestion.

He will need to contact a CS_Agent to have it changed. Once it is changed, he need to create an Eversafe ID.

HI @Cookie3 can he access My Account? If he can , then he can update the email address himself on the Profile tab, EverSafe section there
