Hello I got a referral code from my friend which would discount $10, so I put in the referral code on the check out stage but it didn’t reflect in the payment bill

please reflect it

@Fluffyking   when did you activate?  If not 72 hours yet, it will be there.  Just wait for 3 days

if already 3 days still not showing in AVailable fund, then  please submit ticket to CS agent at:   https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Fluffyking  You should see it with in 72 hours after activation

That credit will automatically be applied in time, it takes up to 72 hours usually.
