I know years ago Public Mobile had 30 day plans and billed every 30 days - made sense. I signed up February 24, 2024 for a $34 / month yet I get billed every 30 days. What's up with that?

When I sign in and click on change subscription, I don't see the "$10 off for 6 months" for this plan. The " $10 off for 6 months" shows only when using the "Shop" button as shown below.Is the $10 off for six months available to existing customers

remove the old sim and put Public Mobile's SIM unless you did eSIM and then shutdown and restart your phone

the trick is to keep your existing provider's sim card in your phone until you approve the transfer by text - did you receive that text and did you reply to it as required?
