she has only one device, her phone, and the phone is lost - she can't get a text message and she can't access her email either, so she can't get into her email and she can't get a text - her public mobile account has two factor authentication.

Click on V in circle top right and edit out the personal number or she will get spams calls.
Just click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA code sent to her registered email.

@Genuine - Press 'Didn't get the code' & then press 'Send as an email.' It'll send a 2FA to the email address assigned to your friends account.
