Did you port over your numbers from other service providers? If so, do you still have the SIM cards? If so, place them back in the phone and reboot. See if you still have service over there. If so, that would mean the port didn't work and I could send a number to call to resolve this.
If this isn't the case, have you tried to reset your network settings and reboot?
