Is the $10 off for six months available to existing customers for the 45 per month CAN USA MEX plan

When I sign in and click on change subscription, I don't see the "$10 off for 6 months" for this plan. The " $10 off for 6 months" shows only when using the "Shop" button as shown below.

@hTideGnow  Didn’t say for existing read my reply , yes it’s for those that activated while the offer was there no where’s I said for existing customers . Sorry if I confused anyone @Genuine

and @Genuine only new activation, this offer is in response to the the Freedom offer for new activation, that one is new activation only too
