will i lose my bonuses if i change my plan

Have been a client since 2018 and currently have international calling minutes and data bonuses. I have considered moving to the $19.00 plan but wonder if I will lose my current  international calling minutes and data bonuses  if I change my plan.

You will lose the bonus data for 150 days for the switch to the Points Reward if you DOWNGRADE your plan but it will stay if you upgrade your plan.

No you WON’T lose your More is Merrier data and LD calling bonuses if you downgrade or upgrade your plan.

hi @karjo you won't lose any of your long distance call bonus or data bonus you got from past Christmases.  but with the 150 days special data bonus you got in March,  you will lose that as your downgrading your plan.  But that bonus should be 90+ days out of 150 days already, so, you shouldn't worry about that even you're going to lose it
