How update to another plan

Have selected the $20 3GB plan that appeared on my account. I initially selected the change on renewal option but not wish to update to this plan immediately and not wait until the renewal date.

I can’t seem to find an option to do this . I have messaged CS and waiting for response.

hi @Immune ask CS Agent to escalate and check your account activities.  They should be able to traxk4

and a lesson for next time, always take and keep screenshot just in case

There is nothing CS can do- since it’s gone it’s gone .

Then you may need to wait for CSA response.

You should be able to cancel your plan change.  

Then choose the $20 3G plan option again and this time, change immediately.  Note: Public mobile will not pro-rate plans. You will lose whatever is remaining in your present plan.
