I'm trying to change to the flash sale (ending Oct 31/24) but the promotion doesn't appear on the list of plans I can select. There's no small writing fine print disclaimers stating that the promotion if for New Activations only. How do I change my (and my wife's) account to this promotion?
Also, just to confirm, the promotion states that it's 50GB CAN-US. Please confirm this means I can actually use data while I'm visiting in the US.

@Anthony86 , what plan do you currently have? Public Mobile has been running this marketing campaign where customers are not given access to plans that are cheaper than the current active plan. This might be the reason you are not seeing it. If this is not the case, then support should be able to help otherwise their hands might be tied.

I've taken a look at the plan in question. I do not see the NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY on the front page or in the details page. Therefore there should be no reason why you could not transfer to it. Please create a ticket to a CS Agent to add this to your account. Just note, if they approve it, you will lose anything you paid for recently and will have to make a payment right away. EDIT: Oh and yes. Roam like home. So when you're in the US you can make and take calls text US Can and use data too. EDIT 2: Your wife will have to create an account here on the forum too and ask as well, sadly you can't do both as each account is seperate.

when you log in to your account you'll see the only plans you can select. If you have a plan costing more than the $36 plan...you liklely can't downgrade to cheaper plan at this time.

@Anthony86 We can only change plans that are offered to us in our accounts . I’m guessing you have a higher priced plan right now already and that’s why . public mobile has made it harder for folks to downgrade there plans ever since they switched everyone to the new points system unfortunately
