How would you go about changing your subscription before the original plan’s SIM card is delivered?

 

I cannot access the app without the new SIM. For reference I am looking to update to the 20GB Canadian subscription plan before the boxing week deal ends.

If they don't reply by the end of day, do a follow up message using the words FOLLOW UP in the subject line and if you happen to have a reference number, add that too.

As per one of the Oracles here, they seem to be on time with respect to responding to customers. Usually a 2 hour wait or so. However, being boxing week, I'd probably think much longer.

usually around 2 to 4 hours.  If you waited over 4 hours and still no reply, message them again

I have already done that, but am awaiting response. Any ideas on wait time - certainly not helping that it is a holiday week.

So, this is how I'm viewing your question. You purchased a plan, SIM card is being sent by mail. You haven't got the SIM card yet but found a plan you're prefer over the one you originally picked? Since your plan hasn't started yet, best to reach out to a CS Agent to change the plan before you register the other plan.
