Need help with changing to n America plan

 CS_Agent closed my ticket

Why did they agent closed your ticket? What did they say for the reason?

What kind of help you require to change a plan?

If you SEE plan on your account then it is available to you and you do change plan on next renewal.

If you do NOT see plan on your account then you cannot have it and agent cannot give it to you.

Hello @FizzA 

If you open the app on your phone, go to Change Subscription and see what Canada/US plans or Canada/US/Mexico plans are available to you. Please note, do NOT change NOW if you already paid recently. Choose "At Renewal Date".

Is the plan that you want in your account as available when you log in?  CS_Agent give any plan not available to you.  Only plans shown in your account are ones that you can change to.
