I didn’t get my loyalty credited, and my pre authorized credit either.
I was charged for the full amount this month. What gives!
Supposed to get $3 discount on my account.

If you are on autopay and you are old customer you should get at least $2 off (plus any referral).
For Community awards if any, it could be tricky if your renewal day at the same time when they calculate that.
If you are very positive you should get some discount but you did not, contact agent for clarification.

or you just changed your plan midway of a cycle?

Did you use lost/stolen in the past 30 days? Join the points program? Did you renew on the 13th?
