Are you trying to add it via *611 from your mobile device or through self-serve? A voucher may have 2 sets of numbers:
If through *611, use the PIN number.
If through self-serve, use the Voucher number.

@dridge73 Have you tried dialing 611 to add your voucher? Make sure you're adding the correct set of 12 digit numbers for the PIN as some vouchers have more than one set of those numbers.

I bought the voucher from K Mart in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, yesterday and today I bought another one from Walmart. and still not working on my cellphone

@dridge73 , did you just purchase the voucher? Some voucher do not work right away, some do. Where did you purchase the voucher?

I advise trying again in a few hours. After purchasing a voucher from a retailer, there is sometimes a delay for them to work.
