I purchased 120 with vouchers it only excepted one ? The rest ain’t working says account suspended

@Jaywood Just to be sure, are you an existing customer or just signing up? If you're just signing up for the first time it can't be done with vouchers although subsequent payments can be made that way.

Trying using the PM app to add a credit instead of browser and make sure the postal code matches the credit card address one.

@Jaywood have you tried by dialling *611 from your phone? Are you able to login to your Public Mobile account, you should be able to do it through there as well. If you are still having trouble you can open a ticket with a support agent.
You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
