@cam234 Not sure what you mean by the above. There is no year of autopay reward to calculate. You receive $2 per month that you are here. Wether 6 months or 6 years. So long as you have autopay turned on you will receive this monthly reward/credit. Your loyalty reward though is calculated based on your years you have been active.

Thank you so much for a clear guidance!

I can understand your frustration with this. You need to remember that your auto-pay date is the day before your plan actually renews. Auto-pay doesn't occur until after midnight (i.e. early the next morning) Eastern Time. So, if your auto-pay date is today, it actually won't run until 1 or 2 am Eastern. Depending on when you removed/updated your credit card information, it might have fallen in the renewal window which forfeited your reward.
If you were with PM for a year, you wouldn’t lose a year’s worth of rewards as you prepay and are billed for a 30-day period ahead of time.
A mod will have to look into this for you:

@cam234 if you have Autopay enabled, but rewards section doesn't show 2$ off for Autopay, contact mods, and they will fix it for you 🙂

What do you mean "all"? It's a toggle. Removing the payment card or toggling off autopay removes the reward in your rewards area. Toggling it on puts it back (with a registered payment card present). When you renew, it will convert the rewards into Available Funds to go towards your plan cost.
