While that is true, the customer is getting an error message after entering the voucher PIN number. As long as it's not simply a websitre error, using 611 wouldn't change the validity of the voucher.

where you got the voucher from and when? from what I understand, some voucher system needs 24 hours to update with PM system and therefore you need to wait 24 hours to use
but check with PM if the voucher was bought over 24 hours. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
