Hi. I am traveling soon and want to suspend my plan for 70 days? can someone please advice me how I can do it? Where should i go in My account and what to press? Like step by step

How exciting....where are you going to travel? Here are your options....ignore the rewards advice and note the points program info following the spoiler if that applies to you.
Most important mark on your calendar day 85 of your suspension and day 90. Do not forget when you must unsuspend your account via lost/stolen and/or pay and reactivate your service so you don't lose your phone number and account. Happy travels and Stay--Safe!
Note: Rewards in the spoiler above refer to $$ rewards. Public Points customers supposedly continue to earn points while suspended.....YMMV....until we learn more.
Obviously now that there are two rewards programs I need to update how the points program is affected....which is a little YMMV nowadays because the points program is still new and most of us regular members are on the $$ rewards program. However according to the terms of "Public Points" you continue to earn points even when suspended either via lost/stolen or for non payment.
That works in your favour when suspending for more than 60 days in a row every year. With anniversary points (vs loyalty) you get 10 points on your 1 year anniversary (and on your second you get 10 points and so on....) whereas $$ rewards would delay loyalty rewards by 60+ days....as well the way the terms read for points you also still earn friend referral points and also in theory community rewards if you continue to participate in the community while away....?🤔

no it won't show you like this because it will be in a suspension period. when you come back just put the amount of money according to your monthly plan and it will be good to go

In suspension your phone will not work. No extra charges, no fines, etc.You might delay a little bit loyalty reward but it is insignificant. Just remember to resume your service before 90th day or you will lose account and number.

yes, you will be fine for 70 days if you have setup auto -payment
make sure you remove it.

@livva No worry, it won't PM is prepaid, you pay before you use the service. So, you do not owe them anything while you are away.
Just make sure you reactivate no later than 90 days after the first day of your suspension or your account will be closed and you will loss your number

@livva You can remove any payment card and your account will suspend after no payment for 90 days. You'll need to make a payment before the end of 90 days if you don't want to lose your number/account though, so make a payment at least couple of days before 90th day of suspension (although not needed if only suspending for 70 days).
If you have a balance equivalent to your plan payment, then you need to click the Plans/Add-on tab, Lost/Stolen and Suspend service. Reminder you have to go back and Resume service once you are ready to reactivate your account. It's always a good idea to reboot after reactivating the account too.

@livva hi 70 days is no problem just remove auto pay and let it go into suspension simply don't renew plan then you have 90 days to reactivate 😀
