I paid Public mobile on Oct 30 with my Mastercard, received my new sim card yesterday and have been trying to set up my account and transfer my phone number and have had differnt issues and now it is saying that my Subscription not activated.

You need to reply to the text with YES confirming you are porting over to PM with the old SIM card in your phone on the PM app to complete the porting process…you have 90 minutes to confirm or porting will be in limbo.

so, you were using the app to finish the activation and try to enter the sim card number there?
if you were using the app and with that error , please submit a ticket with CS agent here
