should arrive any time

but if you like, still submit the ticket, ask PM agent to let you buy in person and give you back the extra cost, then you go and buy one from Telus or Koodo or Amazon.ca or CCS as suggested

if you're in the greater Toronto area, these guys have the PM sims for about $7 and have a local pickup option when you call ahead. They also have free shipping otherwise.

SIM cards are often sent by regular mail. Please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery.

it can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Send a message to Customer Support to see when it was shipped...

when did you place the order? it can take anywhere from 3 to 21 days for sim to arrive

if you need one now, maybe get another one from Telus or Koodo store

of course, you can submit ticket with CS agent for them to confirm the status
