I used my reward point, but not able to call

@CS_Agent  I have used my reward points to get free  India minutes today, But when i make a call with correct extension numbers, it says "you have used all available minutes, you cannot make a call." please help

How long ago did you use the points to buy the add-on? I'm quite sure there's a delay in it being usable.
With any of the area codes and prefixes and such, don't use a zero in front.

Login My Account using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to confirm if the India calling addon is there already

if so, reboot your phone once and try calling.

Make sure you use the sequence 011 + 91 + City Code + Local Number.
