Hello - As per the email received - I have a balance of 43.25 points - where as on the rewards portal it lists that I have 6 points and I need this to be updated on the portal- please help so I can redeem the points. Thanks

@BKNS27 It's also possible that the OP has been on points all along, which could be as much as two years or so now. It's not stated whether there was a switch from $ rewards to points.

Ever think some of the points could have come from referrals?

To get 43.25 point, you would have paid a total of $865 on your monthly bills with no referrals!
