Hello - As per the email received - I have a balance of 43.25 points - where as on the rewards portal it lists that I have 6 points and I need this to be updated on the portal- please help so I can redeem the points. Thanks

@BKNS27  It's also possible that the OP has been on points all along, which could be as much as two years or so now.  It's not stated whether there was a switch from $ rewards to points.

It is possible that the OP has 38 referrals.

Ever think some of the points could have come from referrals?

Website has caching issues. Try to login again, but first clear cache, incognito mode or a different web browser.  Or try on a different device or the PM app itself.
