Hello,
I had rewards for loyalty and inviting friends that I have not been credited for in the past two months. How do I get them back?

thankyou. I guess the program has been changed and now I will get charged for my full account fee instead of money off my fee for loyalty and friends. bummer!

If your friends decided to port out to another carrier then you will lose the reward points from them .

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Rewards, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if you still dont see those credit, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@Feeb for the referral points you will need to confirm with your friends that they received the $10 referral credit as they both get entered into the system together. If they did not receive the credit they will need to be the ones to reach out to a support agent to request having it added in, which normally should only take 72 hours after signing up. For Loyalty points, PM is no longer give those out but instead giving 5% back from what you paid on your bill. If you are missing points you will need to reach out to a support agent.
You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

Did you check your Points status? There is no more rewards every 30 days but you get points and after collecting 15 you can convert them to dollars.
