top up not working

I added top up to my account but still can't make calls

your plan was paid yesterday and should be active now. 

test your sim card in another phone 

if it does not work you need support to re-provision your account. Please 

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

Can't see the the resume button. yes I did reboot but nothing. I have $40 in the account $15 plan which i added a couple of days ago

Adding funds to account will get you service only if your account has been suspended less than 90 days.
Can you actually see those funds on your account? Can you see button 'resume service' or similar?
What plan do you have?
Did rebooting phone helped?

hi @qaziphone did you top up ?? do you know if the funds was used for plan renewal?? Use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and check the account status again
