Does PM work in outside the 50 states (USA)?

I wanted to know whether or not the CA/US/MX plan would work in other US territories like Guam or American Samoa. Any help much appreciated.

no, PM has no service in Guam or Samoa.  mainly just  50 states, plus Pureto Rico and the US Virgin Islands
