the download button for usage history is not working

Hello, 
I've tried for 24 hours, and from two different devices, to download my usage history.  The download button is not working.  Please help. 

I also agree with others that accessing a longer usage history would be highly desirable.

Thanks!  I did try on my computer and phone. From what someone else said, maybe it's a cache problem (on both devices?).

Works for me using the Public Mobile app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max

i can download without trouble using Chrome.   I just tried and working for me. Not sure why you cannot

ask PM support to send you the usage history.  But yes, it can only be 90 days  unless you can provide them a valid reason like court order or a formal request from Police

@frustrating2, was one of the devices a computer? If not, trying signing into your account through a web browser to see if you can download your usage history there. I just tried on my computer and was able to download.

Hey @frustrating2 

Since @Handy1 has already given you the link to reach a CS Agent, I will add this. I just tried to download my statements without a problem. Public Mobiles website is known to have cache issues. So go into your browser settings, find the cache, clear the lifetime of it, close the entire browser, log back in using incognito mode and try to download again.
