Hello! I'm currently swapping from SpeakOut, and selected the in-app option to transfer my current number to eSim. SpeakOut has transferred me onto a new plan while they renew their 3G networks, and they have allowed me to retain my number there. Now, I put into the app that I want to transfer my number, get all the steps done, then when it comes to downloading, it fails three times on the "installing eSim" stage. I then decided to exit the app, and use the QR code from the welcome email, which gets stuck on "checking network info". I have restarted my phone, removed my sim, and dealt with basically everything to the best of my ability but still, nothing.

Hi! The eSim is not already there. My SpeakOut one is the only one that shows up. I've sent a PM to the CS agent. Thank you anyways for your help!

confirm if Public Mobile sim is already there on Settings->Cellular or SIM Manager screen, if so, enable it and Reset network settings
