Galaxy a53 5g RCS Chat Not Working

Hi,

I keep receiving the message that RCS Chats are "not supported" by your carrier.  This has not been an issue for me with different phones in the past and seems to Samsung related.

I have tried all the troubleshooting steps.  Please let me know if you have a solution.

CS is aware of the issue and their support are working on it as per my last communication with them.
