Refund on SIM card

Hi, I just joined public mobile. However, I accidentally ordered another physical SIM card when I already have one. I want to get a refund on that. The live chat is not working. Thank you!

I'm confused by the above statement because Public Mobile doesn't have live chat.

save the spare sim and see if your friend or fam wants to start saving money with Public Mobile. Give them the spare and your referral code ...they'll get a $10 credit to their new account and you get 1 point for every 30 days that account stays active.

To be honest, they won't refund you. They will just give you a credit to your account. Plus you have to go through the hassles of identifying yourself and take hours back and forth with their "chat". In my opinion, it's best to to let it come and sell it to a friend to join and let them use your referral code so you get credited. It's a much easier idea for sure.

If the SIM card was used already it cannot be used again. A new one would be needed.

They also do not typically refund.
