Insanity: reached the limit for number of private messages

Trying to talk with CS_agent and providing information for sim card activation when I get this message and can't proceed any further.  Why.....why is this even a possibility for a service that is chat only based? Tried resetting browser, deleting cookies and cache. Not a great start for a new subscriber.  If this is a common thing...should I just cancel now?

To add to above, a simpler way if you really need to paste to your messageto PM, just right click and choose Paste as Text

Hello Sam,

Try using Notepad. That is plain text and will work on the forum better. Word has HTML in it when cut and paste.

I think the issue was some kind of text formatting error, i wrote out my response in word and pasted without formatting and it worked now

This is not about message limit.

You have pasted some text or pictures that might have some HTML underneath.  Try to only type  out your message , no copy and paste

I get this error first and then the second.  Incognitio doesn't fix it.

I don't recall there is ever a limit to private message, can you post the screenshot of the error?

Or try using browser with incognito mode or try another browser
