My iPhone was activated today on Public Mobile. The account shows as active in the app and he has already received usage alerts. Call and SmS are working but data does not work at all.
In Settings > General > About the carrier still shows Roger’s 64.3 instead of spunkiest Mobile 64 and the Network under his Primary line shows ‘not available’. There is no option to edit APN.
I have already
restarted the phone multiple times
toggled airplane mode
performed a reset network settings
verified that the line is on in settings > cellular
pmease relish the correct Public Mobile carrier profile/eSIM to this line so that the phone can download the proper APN and enable data.

There is no old eSIM

you need to remove the Rogers sim card first, or disable the Rogers eSIM (do not delete it yet)
then set PM esim or sim card as Primary and Reset network settings, and update Carrier profile

is there an option to delete old esim ? If so..delete and enabled Public Mobile as primary line.
