Hi there,
I am an existing PM customer and I got a new iphone and downloaded the PM app and purchased an eSIM to transfer my number over from my Android phone with a Physical SIM.
During the purchase process the PM app exited out on it's own.
I never got to the download and install.
Also I never received and email.
The eSIM is purchased I can see in the purchase history.
I am stuck and have submitted a ticket.
Any help would be appreciated.
