@Igorreentov

3G network coverage is extremely limited in Alaska. Here is where you can try to get service.

Fortunatily I go to Anchorage today

Thanks. Will do it there

@darlicious   Roaming as in T-Mobile users have to pay? or use it for free?

Can PM users tap onto ACS and CGi then?

@Igorreentov   It's good that you see AT&T network

Do you have Data in your Roaming purchase or just voice?   If it is voice, AT&T has started shutting down 3G (which voice in PM needs) so they might not have 3G in that area.   Data uses LTE and it will start work if you can connect to the AT&T network

@softech

T-Mobile service in Alaska is roaming on either ACS or CGI.

HI @Igorreentov   if you still unable to use the roaming but have Wifi around, download  VoIP app like TextNow and Fongo to make calls for now

If in the end, you cannot use it at all, open a ticket with PM and they will cancel the add-on and put the money back to your account

@darlicious  you see there is a Heart in the T-Mobile coverage map in Alaska?  LoL

A very romantic provider

HI @Igorreentov   are you going to be there long or just a day here and there from cruise?

Find a T-Mobile or AT&T store and ask for help.

@softech

Lol....I just realized my reference was from 2019!😀

@darlicious   T-mobile does  have some coverage

With the recent complains about coverage in Alaska, I wonder if they had more 3G area for both AT&T and T-Mobile.  Now with 3G shutdown, they left with very minimal coverage in that state

@Igorreentov

Your only option is At&t. It is unlikely voice services will work. Which US Roaming add on do you have?

@softech

T-Mobile has no network in Alaska.

HI @Igorreentov  you sure you completed both steps:

A: Purchasing Add-Ons is a 2-step process:
You will need to add funds equal to the amount of the Add-On to your account.
Then, click on ‘Purchase Add-Ons’ on the Overview page.

@Igorreentov   there have been many complains about roaming problem in Alaska lately.

which city are you now at?

Try to manually change your network to AT&T and T-Mobile (see if you see it on the list).  You have to pick one of them to get the roaming service
