hi Team,

 

i logged in after few months when i login to my account i am not able to see my subscription or anything why? how do i pay to resume my services? i dont want to lose my number please check and let me know

when was the last time you had service ? If your PM account as Suspended for 90 days or more, your account has been deactivated. Now you'd need a new sim to start a new account if that's the case.

login to My Account first, check if account is suspended.  if it is , then use this link to make payment

and the 6UT1 problem could because your account  is suspended

when i click on My account it just shows shop Subscrition plans link nothing else why i am not able to see my plan and subscribe it?

also when i call the number i get to hear "6UT1 the number not in service"  message please advise

when i call *611 to check its not even calling that number, what are my alternative options please

another option is buying payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart /7-11/ shell gas station and load the funds *611 to resume services  right away . And you will keep same phone number and plan no worries
