Hey,
My friend just bought and activated the SIM. We then went through the app instructions and were able to get the old provider to send over the "Do you want to transfer? Type YES" message. After doing so, we waited 10 min. Then we inserted the new SIM. Now testing it out , and my friend can now call others but is not able to receive the incoming calls. Their data works fine too. But receiving isn't working. (this is the $29 plan.)
In addition, I put in my referral code, but on my account it shows that my referral isn't used this month. Is this something to do with the 48-hour time frame? On their side, they didn't get the $10 bill credit yet.
Please advice and help. 😫

@Munchking porting could need another hour or two after the Yes reply. Wait another 30 mins and reboot the phone again
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
