What is status of Ticket ID:543923-245 SIM/Hardware Issues E2013-G ? First it was 48H then "tomorrow" ... and nothing happened, no changes.

As Softech also mentioned, to get an update on that ticket you need to reply to it, and an agent will respond to you.
