hi,i have canceled the plan of public mobile yesterday and say "yes" to the cancellation sms(see attached photo. But i still got email from public mobile yesterday night for asking me to do something. Is that means failed cancellation and still count money?

Hi there! That just happened to me with my previous carrier. You have to call the number indicated on the text message that you received and ask to confirm if your cancellation has been completed. Otherwise, you will still be billed. Hope this helps.

@Xuyiqin Does the PM sim stillmwork ? Can. You log into the PM account ? If yes to both then port don’t complete if no to both then you have successfully ported number out of publicmobile and you won’t be charged again , but you can also ask support to to remove the credit card info on file right away to ensure you won’t be charged gain by accident
