Here are the steps to report lost/stolen device:

  1. Log into the Public Mobile app or My Account
  2. Navigate to ‘Account’.
  3. Choose ‘Report Lost/Stolen Device’.
  4. Click on ‘Put my services on hold’.
  5. Confirm by selecting ‘Yes’.

you can do so in My Account youseslf.  Use email to receive 2FA, just click Didn't receive code and then Send email.  

After you login, go to Profile page, and you can Report Lost/Stolen there, or use this link

if you cannot access My Account, then ask support to help with that
