Hello, I am in Mexico. My SIM card was stolen. when my wallet was stolen. I had another SIM brought from Canada from family visiting. I need help changing this new SIM card to my old phone number. I have also been unable to access my account with my regular Eversafe ID as it's been sending a code to my phone number that I dont have a SIM card for as mentioned. I am now using a different one to access the ability to post here and get support. Thank you.

You should be able to access your account via 2FA email instead: Click Didn't receive code.

Try login online and have the 2FA code sent to your email. Go to Account tab>Change Your SIM Card.
Once you are in your account. Go to

If you can't access your account, best to reach out to a CS Agent to change the SIM for you and also reset your Eversafe ID.
