I need a statement for my 2024 phone bill payments. How I can get one?

Sorry to hear about your troubles.  Public mobile is a low cost, no frills, DIY type of mobile company.  To keep plan costs lower, Public mobile does not offer live customer service (ie. live chat or call centre).  Customer service is via the ticketing and private messaging system.  It will take a few hours for CSA to respond to your request.  

If that does not meet your needs, of course, you can port your number to another service.  Most customers here don't mind the minor inconveniences if we get plans at lower cost.

This is too bad. I am not going to recommend Public Mobile to other people, since I cannot get the service I need. The website system you created is not helpful. My next step would be to cancel my subscription. Thank you!

There is no number to call.  Message and ticket is the only way to go.  sometimes, the reply will be around 2 hours , maybe 3 or 4

I didn't get any help trough the ticket. Can I talk to a Public Mobile representative via phone? What number shall I dial?

@Ceco you can simply message PM for invoices older than Feb 2024 by message them as advised above

I visited the link suggested in the response to my from Public Mobile, but I was able to view only my February 2025 bill. This is the link which have been sent to me. Unfortunately, it doesn't give me access to the information I need.
