plan change for suspended account, money has been added

I wanted to change my plan to 30 days, Unlimited provincial talk, Unlimited international text, 1Gb of data, 3 choices discount for a total price of 47 dollars, but unable to do so. Money were added to the on the account. Can you, please, assist me in this operation?

Can you delete phone number in your subject  line of the reply above? Can we close this topic completely, your system generates the original subject line eventhough it was changed already (system bug).
