This offer will be added to your account and will take effect on your next renewal date.- Though I tried to accept this while in Florida on the $30 20Gb US/ Canada plan…it looks like it didn’t work so I tried again in back in Canada no results other than:Sorry, we didn’t catch that. Please visit Public Mobile app or My account to view more subscription plans and offers. Does anyone know how to go back to a cheaper plan such as before I had $23/ month 4G 6Gb ?? Under change subscription,I only have $30 and up Plans?

Did you clear your cache to verify that it really did work and not showing?

Thanks, I guess that’s why the plan change didn’t work. That’s too bad . I only needed Canada USA for 10 days.

Unfortunately, PM will not offer downgrading plans. Only upgrade from your current plan.
You can contact a CS_Agent but from comments from other members. They were denied.
