Hi,
I can see on PM's website a subscription for $19 per month, however, when I log into my account and try to change my current subscription, I do not see that option anymore.
Is there a way to get the $19/month subscription for my account?

It seems that my only option is to go to a different carrier, and then, maybe, come back to PM if I still want to get that $19 plan.
Unless some admin can do that for me, I think I will go ahead and change to a different provider.

Some offers are available to new customers ONLY.
If you have higher cost plan most likely you will NOT be able to downgrade to cheaper plan and you will not be able to see it on your account.

@fam_sticea_comm No sorry we can only change to the targeted offers available to us in our accounts despite what is shown on the website , PM has made it harder to downgrade plan price but easy as pie to upgrade plan price these days . So short of porting number out to new carrier and back in on Newley created PM account with desired plan with new sim and new email is the only way to get the $19 plan unfortunately

@fam_sticea_comm Unfortunately PM has made it almost impossible to change to a cheaper plan, especially that $19 one. You can only change to plans that show up on your app.
