If ne has to port out from public mobile , you need to provide the account number and pin/password to the new carrier.

Where can you find this pin/password?

Your account number would be found here, under the Black Box, in your self serve account.

OR, do you have the activation email when you started with Public Mobile? The account number would be in the TO Line of this email.

 

 

Is your Public Mobile account ACTIVE, it will need to be if you are porting out to another provider.

 

Perhaps special circumstances if porting to Koodo or Telus...but maybe not.

@rafayaleem   I believe you don't need to enter the PIN and password, you should be able to leave it blank
