@Philly In this public forum you don’t need to write any personal information for security reasons.
Usually if you have make a double payment last week you can see the money in your AVAILABLE FUNDS in your self-serve account. Can you see that? And this money will be taken to pay your next bill in 30 days. So you can let the money in your account. But if for a reason you need a refund you need to ask public mobile in private as mentioned in the other message. But it will take few weeks.

Why are you asking for a refund? PM is a prepaid service so normally there are no refund.
