no service since porting new phone

Yesterday was able to successfully port my number from Freedom Mobile to Public last night. This morining i woke up to still not having any service.

If you replied to the text confirming your are porting over to PM with YES within the 90 minute window with the Freedom SIM in your phone. Reboot your phone by powering off then back on. If it still doesn’t work then there could be a provisional issue with your SIM. If this is the case, pm a CS_Agent at:

If you Freedom SIM is still working then porting was incomplete. See if there is a text and contact an agent to help you complete the porting.

@ihaveapetgoaat , are you sure that the porting was done successfully? Is your freedom SiM working?
