Porting Problem?

Hi. I referred a friend and his account is active but his number isn't working. When you call his number it says, "6UT1, the number you have reached is not in service".  And the top right corner of his phone says, "SOS" instead of having the PM service bars.  So is this a porting problem? If so how can we fix it? Pleaseeeee help! Thank you

Try rebooting the phone by powering off then back on and reset the Network settings.

Also clean the SIM contacts with a microfibre cloth.

@Maebo_T  is this a physical SIM? He can test sim card in your phone. 

Sometimes resetting networks works.

If not, he can sign into his account and submit a ticket.
